A compound sentence
is a sentence that has at least two independent clauses joined by a comma,
semicolon or conjunction.
A. Coordinate Conjunction

coordinate-conjunctions is usual shortened to FANBOYS, which consists of :
For: I have to hard
study, for a better future
And : I like to eat Rendang,
and my friend like to cooking Rendang
Nor : I still in
this class, nor in fact that I don’t like
But : My sister
asked me to eat her food, but I will not to eat
Or : You could cry
like a baby, or you can be
patient like a man
Yet : The final year
students did not like to go to campus, yet they went anyway.
So : my friend want
to pursue in College, so he keep some of his salary.
B. Conjunctive Adverb
Conjunctive adverb is a word
that can function as an adverb or conjunction. Punctuation is a semicolon and a
comma usually used in conjunction with this conjunction. As for the Conjunctive
adverb are: finally, furthermore, otherwise, however, therefore, etc.
Example sentence:
· My father drinks fresh milk and does
exercise regularly; therefore, his bones are dense and strong.
C. Semicolon
Semicolon is the punctuation
is a semicolon where commonly used to combine two independent clause which
deeply connected into one sentence intact. Example Sentence:
